Ordering: Pretty simple – I take PayPal. Click on the button below the item you want. Shipping is a flat $5.00 USD per order for customers in the USA; international folks, I’m happy to airmail to you. You can go ahead and place your order and I will follow up with a shipping amount. As a rough guide, Canadian orders will tend to be about $8-9 USD; European and Australian orders tend to run about $15-20 USD for airmail.
